Appointment Booking:
All online bookings require a valid credit card to secure your appointment. This allows us to provide you with the best possible service.

Cancellation Policy: 
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe will incur a cancellation fee, as we aim to respect the time and commitments of our dedicated team.

Glow Menu Services:  
Our Glow Menu services can be booked for same-day installations; however, please be aware that cancellation fees will apply if these appointments are canceled within 48 hours.

Product Satisfaction:  
At the House of Hair, we take pride in offering a curated selection of luxurious, salon-quality products, including Iles Formula, Leaf & Flower, and Goldie Locks. If a product does not meet your expectations, please inform us, and we will be delighted to assist you in finding a more suitable option. Unopened and unused products or tools may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
